The course aims at introducing students to the classical discipline of theology as a means of preparing them for the responsibility of communicating Christian knowledge as leaders in the church and, if they so choose, for ministry in various areas of pastoral practice. The Bachelor of Theology has a focus in the schools of Christian Thought, and Bible and Languages. Within three years (full-time) or a maximum of nine years (part-time), candidates are required to attain 96 credit points (24 subjects) for graduation. Candidates may complete some subjects in English.
